Track movies and TV in one place

dejaVu is a watch ledger: movies, shows, episodes, ratings, lists, collection. The point is not to replace TMDB. It is to stop splitting your history across three apps.

One history, two kinds of titles

• Movies: watched, rewatch, rating, watchlist, favorite, collection (Blu-ray, DVD, 4K, digital).
• Shows: the same at show level, plus season / episode progress, episode ratings, and the Up Next queue.

You do not have to pick “I’m a movie person” or “TV”. Both live on the same account.

Where to start

The fastest path is not clicking everything by hand:

1. Create an account (free, no card).
2. Import what you already have:
   • Trakt — usually the most complete for TV
   • Letterboxd — the movie diary
   • IMDb — movie + TV ratings and lists
3. Open the dashboard and keep 3–4 useful widgets (watch time, Up Next, continue watching).

Day to day

• You finish an episode → it is marked watched, the next one shows in Up Next.
• You are unsure → watchlist with a priority level.
• You shelf a Blu-ray → collection, next to digital history.
• You want a list for a movie night → manual or smart list, optionally shared with a friend.

If you play from Kodi, scrobbling writes all of that without a form.

What dejaVu is not
